Kevin Turner, DC, CFMP, CCEP, CGP

Dr. Kevin is the founder and owner of Restorative Wellness Center. He is a chiropractor and wellness expert and also a husband to Ashley, father of three girls, and a small scale farmer. Dr. Kevin, a Downingtown native, earned his BS in Kinesiology from Penn State in 2006, and went to Palmer College of Chiropractic where he graduated in 2010. He began his study of functional medicine in 2012 after one of his daughters became quite sick. He is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and has received over 1000 hours of additional training in this area. He has since been serving patients with all types of chronic illness, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal disorders, Lyme disease, and complex or nonspecific diagnoses who have been left feeling hopeless within the modern healthcare system. Dr. Kevin loves to teach and equip his patients how to cultivate optimal wellness through the most natural means possible whether they have debilitating symptoms or feel good but want to make sure that they are functioning their best. Dr. Kevin is also a featured speaker at numerous businesses, events, and organizations throughout the area. Since 2017 he has been serving as the team doctor for the Downingtown Rugby Football Club’s teams.

Ashley Turner, BCDHH, CFMP, CNHP, CHS

Dr. Ashley is a Board Certified Doctor of Holistic Health and traditionally-trained naturopath. She is certified in functional medicine and functional genomics which gives her the ability to specifically apply nutrition and nutraceutical recommendations based on a deep analysis of one’s personal genetic profile and other in-depth testing. Dr. Ashley is a homesteader and homeschooling mother of three girls.

Dr. Ashley is the author of Restorative Kitchen: a cookbook and lifestyle guide for reversing chronic disease and autoimmunity. Her most recent book is Restorative Traditions: paleo and non-inflammatory recipes to honor life’s seasons, celebrations, and holidays. As a companion to her other books, Ashley wrote and Cultivating the Restorative Table, a book that serves as inspiration for stewarding mealtimes with intention along with ideas for memorable and health-promoting encounters around the table.

Ashley is a frequent guest on health-related podcasts including the Wise Traditions podcast from the Weston A. Price Foundation and the Simple Farmhouse Life podcast. She is also a frequent contributor to the Epoch Times. Her work has been featured in She Reads Truth Bible studies, Family Christian, and the Weston A. Price Foundation’s quarterly journal, Wise Traditions in Food, Farming, and the Healing Arts.

Michael Warner, MD

Dr. Mike is a Board Certified Family Physician practicing in the western Main Line for over 25 years. After graduating from LaSalle College High School, Villanova University, and Temple University School of Medicine; he completed his medical training with a Family Practice residency at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown. As Chief Resident in his final year of training, he was awarded the Resident Teaching award by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.  In private practice, He has been recognized as 'Top Doc' 2011 by Main Line Today magazine, and again as 'Top Doc' 2018 by Philadelphia magazine.  After spending the first 25 years of his career working in a traditional allopathic setting, he is excited to begin working as part of a collaborative and integrative practice that blends medical and natural approaches to health. Dr. Mike believes in treating the 'whole person' with the physician as teacher and advocate.  The patient is at the center of attention with a personal patient-doctor relationship addressing the full range of physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental influences that affect a person's health and well-being. Dr. Mike is proud to say that he 'Bleeds Green', being an avid Eagles fan, and a long-term resident of the Philadelphia area.

Jesse McCartney, DC

Dr. Jesse is a chiropractor who loves empowering his patients to regain control of their health. Dr. Jesse, a State College native, earned a BS in Biology at Slippery Rock University in western Pennsylvania. He is a 2022 graduate of Logan University where he graduated with honors. While attending chiropractic school, he was involved in clubs such as Motion Palpation Institute, Rehab 2 Performance, and the Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance. Dr. Jesse seeks to be an evidence-based physician that practices within the guidelines of current research and best practices. In conjunction with adjustments, Dr. Jesse utilizes myofascial release, exercise prescription, Low Level Laser therapy (LLLT), and more to help his patients not only feel better, but to thrive in the dance we call life. Growing up with a passion for sports, he enjoys the competitive nature of helping athletes at all levels reach their goals by getting them back on the field faster and performing to the best of their abilities. Dr. Jesse also has integrated clinical experience at two federally qualified health centers where he provided care to the underserved community alongside a team of other physicians and healthcare providers. Outside of the office, Dr. Jesse enjoys weight training, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his lovely wife Sami and their pup Waylon.

Kimberly Baggio, MS, CRNP, CPNP-PC

Kim has been a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2008. She graduated with her Masters from Stony Brook University as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. Kim also holds credits towards a Post Masters as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Holistic Nursing from the College of New Rochelle. She has worked in the medical field for over 25 years in various roles. Her career as a nurse started in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, pediatric orthopedics and general pediatrics. Later as an NP, she worked in pediatric urology specializing in children with bladder dysfunction, constipation and biofeedback. She opened CALM Wellness, an integrative pediatric practice focusing on complementary care in New York. After moving to Pennsylvania in 2016, she was a health consultant and school nurse. 

Kim has spent almost two decades studying Holistic Nursing theory and complementary health modalities including nurse herbalism, nurse coaching and meditation. She holds certifications in Transpersonal Meditation and M-Technique. Kim believes that focusing on health, both achieving and maintaining it, may look different for each family and she is here to support families to make informed decisions that resonate with them personally. Kim will help parents navigate the current health system and teach them how to advocate for what their child needs if specialist referral is warranted.

She is the mom of three boys who all learn differently and have several medical diagnoses. By using a holistic approach, they have been able to reduce the need for pharmaceuticals and have begun to understand the possible underlying causes and how to achieve optimal health. She looks forward to helping your family on the path to whole body wellness too.
