We enjoy this smoothie in the summertime when cucumber and mint are growing abundantly in our garden. Fresh mint helps aid digestion, promotes mental focus, and provides important antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Additionally, camel milk has powerful immune supporting properties and is typically well-tolerated, even by dairy sensitive individuals. We hope you love this smoothie as much as we do!
6-8 ounces coconut milk
1 medium cucumber, roughly chopped
a large handful of fresh mint
a few ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla PurePaleo Protein, Paleo Meal, or PeaProtein
1 tablespoon camel milk powder
wholesome sweetener to taste, if desired
Add the coconut milk, cucumber, mint, and ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the protein powder and camel milk powder and gently blend to incorporate. Taste and add sweetener, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
